HSE POLICY STATEMENT

Benut Engineering Ltd is committed to providing a safe and healthful work place throughout all Benut operation sites, offices, equipment and to making every effort toward eliminating or minimizing any environmentally adverse effect of BENUT operation.

Thus Benut Engineering Ltd will, in all its operation location where work is being carried-out under its control, promote the highest standard in health, safety and environmental preservation and protection by establishing, implementing and maintaining an HSE management system that will include such element as target for HSE performance, HSE education programs and motivational incentives and assessments and accountability for achievement of those targets and standards.

To achieve this commitment, Benut in carrying out its operation, will in all case adhere to the following principles and standards;

• Provide plans that meet the highest standards for safety and operations and place the minimum burden on the environment.
• Ensure the highest priority on the health and safety of personnel and on the preservation and protection of the environment.
• Ensure adequate good plans and perform work in accordance with the HSE management system.
• Meets client requirement and ensure their satisfaction is our top priority.
• Effectively implement the use and maintenance of available personal protective equipment which entails regular condition audits and replacement defective ones.
• Ensure proper and effective waste management system in an environmentally friendly manner.
• Hold employee, including those of vendors and sub-contractors responsible for their own HSE and that of their colleagues.
• Ensure periodic training of personnel in HSE.
• Review, monitor and measure HSE performance for continuous improvement
• Ensure regular safety meetings including toolbox talks is held at any site of BENUT operation including operational base.
• To ensure effective management system, BENUT as a matter of policy, shall take responsibility of security of all personnel, clients representation and third party in all her work site and premises as well as engaging local security men from communities of operation where need arises.
• Benut shall provide Full Corporation to clients, statutory authorities and local communities.

These policies shall be made  at all location under BENUT control, and all those engaged in work for BENUT shall be aware of its content and shall commit themselves to its full implementation.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS POLICY

It is the policy of BENUT Engineering to enhance the relationship between the company and the host community: to reduce operating costs, and shutdowns arising from unhealthy company/community relationships. We can only accomplish this by engaging a community relation officer which shall liaise between the community and the company on issues such as youth development/employment of indigenous workers.

Benut Engineering Ltd provides quality and sound engineering services in Oil/Gas and Marine Sector being consistent with the needs and expectations of all the relevant interested parties. We are committed to implement and maintain a Quality Management System while adopting a risk-based approach to meeting statutory and regulatory requirements.

Therefore, we shall establish and maintain a quality management system that meets the requirements of the International Standard (ISO 9001:2015), in agreement with all relevant interested parties requirements, while guaranteeing the ability to meet organizational goals.

This Quality Policy Statement which shall be reviewed periodically for continuing suitability will assist to ensure that we;

The Quality Policy provides a framework for establishing measurable quality objectives at relevant functions of the company. These objectives shall be reviewed on a regular basis.
